Portraits
In a lot of the larger bodies of work, I explore the relationships between materials and how the stories can be layered in the work. Sometimes that is through the medicinal and plant spirit qualities of how knowledge is transferred as you work with a plant for an extended period. The interconnectedness between the more than human landscapes becomes intertwined in the portraits.
