This One Off coaching call includes:

Discovery Call: Explore your current situation and what you need, this is a complimentary 30-minute conversation.
- Pre - coaching questionnaire to help you reflect and gain clarity on what you truly need, and how I can best support you.

One coaching call (90 minutes) via Zoom
- Weekly check in's for x4 weeks after the call to support you via Email, allowing you to have accountability, be witnessed and trouble shoot when needed.
- Downloadable resources to support your journey .
- There is the option to Payment Plans and Scholarships.
